It is estimated that 8 million tons of plastic enter our oceans every single year, taking over 400 years to decompose! This sad reality is due to human’s wasteful consumption habits all over the world. Plastic waste is littering our oceans and threatening the lives of millions of marine animals. Seals, whales, dolphins, seabirds, fish, crabs and many other animals are dying and becoming sick because of this deadly environmental concern.
